Directs and coordinates all aspects, areas, and components of the Esports team

Recruits and retains students for the Esports program

Organizes, schedules, prepares, and conducts individual and team practices, training, team building activities, and competitions, along with coordination and management with third-party gaming platform vendor

Determines team roster for practices and competitions

Oversees computer equipment usage; assists students with set-up and operation of equipment

Oversees and manages the program budget, including ordering of supplies, equipment, uniforms, and subscriptions services

With guidance from administration, organizes team travel

Supervises students during practice times and competitions, including off-site travel

Troubleshoots potential technical problems and coordinates with District IT staff

Works with district administration to establish a vision for the program by establishing, publicizing, and promoting the program

Performs additional job-related duties as assigned or as appropriate
